清代温州溺婴问题探析

Abstract
From the records of the local chronicles of the Qing Dynasty,we can find that the trend of infanticide was very popular in this period.Taking Wenzhou as an example,the phenomenon of infanticide has become a serious social problem.The emergence of this phenomenon was mainly related to a variety of historical reasons such as the increasingly acute contradictions between people and land in the region,the raising difficulty of poor families,the extravagant atmosphere of regarding money as important in marrying,and the deep-rooted idea of son preference.The prevalence of infanticide had caused serious harm to Wenzhou society,and the government took many rectifying measures to curb this corrupt customs.关键词
