Abstract
Through analyzing the development condition of green mines in open-pit coal mines and the opportunities and challenges faced by coal mining enterprises under the dual-carbon target,this article systematically sorted out the ecological and environmental problems faced by the green mine construction of coal mining enterprises in the grassland of eastern Inner Mongolia.The article summarizes the achievements in the scientific development methods,efficient utilization of resources,management informatization,environmental ecology,and mining community harmony,and reveals the green development path and existing problems of coal enterprises under the dual-carbon target,and points out that the coal industry should actively respond to the mandatory carbon emission reduction policy and take precautions.关键词
