Abstract
In order to realize the high quality of ecological restoration work,this article describes the management route from project preparation to implementation,completion,and improvement,analyzes the process of combining corporate culture and concepts,conducting planning and design after systematic analysis,implementing in parts according to actual situations,focusing on breakthroughs according to key nodes,and continuously improving the construction and management of Yimin mining area ecological restoration demonstration zone based on overall progress.Based on principles,aspirations,motivation and goals,the five-step management measures are"forward-looking thinking,practice concept","overall planning,system design","targeted analysis,branch implementation","focus on key nodes,focus on breakthrough","control the overall progress,constantly improve and improve",which can realize the high-quality and efficient development of ecological restoration demonstration zone construction in large state-owned coal enterprises,and form a management model of ecological restoration demonstration projects based on large state-owned coal enterprises.关键词
