Abstract
In view of the unreasonable location of belt conveyor caused by the removal of raw coal crushing station in open-pit mine and the problem of large amount of belt conveyor layout,based on the analysis of the layout characteristics of raw coal belt conveyor in the south open-pit coal mine of Xinjiang Tianchi Energy Company,the article proposes the layout scheme of 112 belt conveyor in the south open-pit mine under the condition of multiple belt conveyors,and determines the layout scheme of 112 belt conveyor in the south open-pit mine based on the principle of the lowest layout cost of the belt conveyor and the comparative analysis of the scheme from the economic point of view.The scheme is further optimized by the method of filling and truss joint erection,and the layout engineering quantity of 112 belt conveyor is finally reduced.The results show that the combination of filling and truss erection can significantly improve the overall reliability of the raw coal belt conveyor system and reduce the difficulty of layout,which realize the maximization of the economic benefits of the south open-pit coal mine of Tianchi Energy.关键词
