Abstract
In order to timely judge and control the hydraulic and transmission system faults of D11T crawler bulldozer in Heidaigou Open-pit Coal Mine,avoid long-term downtime caused by the faults,and affect equipment operation,through studying the hydraulic and transmission system principles of D11T crawler bulldozer,the article analyzes the causes of hydraulic and transmission faults,proposes solutions and preventive methods for the faults.The results show that through fault analysis and fault prevention practices,the failure rate and failure time of D11T equipment in Heidaigou Open-pit Mine have been greatly reduced,which provide effective guarantee for safe production in the mine.关键词
