Abstract
In order to solve the outstanding problems in the management of stripping contractors in open-pit coal mines,through analyzing the current situation of contractor management in the domestic mining industry,the article proposes a"14212"systematic management model,abandoning the past all-passive management and forming an active+passive two-way management method.The results show that by improving the management system,standardizing the implementation of responsibilities and eliminating management loopholes,we can weaken a series of problems caused by high turnover of personnel from stripping contractors,low cultural level and disordered management and greatly reduce the difficulty of management.At the same time,we eliminate the phenomenon of prevarication and wrangling existing in the management and stripping of contractors by functional departments and teams at the mine level,strengthen the supervision and control of contractors,and ensure the safe production of open-pit mines.关键词
