摘要

Abstract

In order to clarify the effects of arbuscular mycorrhizas(AM)on the content of stable nitrogen isotopes(δ15N)in plant leaves,and to explore the important function of AM in regulating plant responses to global climate changes,a database of δ15N content in AM plants and non-AM plants was established through data mining,and the effects of AM on δ15N content in plant leaves were explored.The results indicate that leafδ15N content of AM plant is 0.86‰,which was significantly higher than that of non-AM plant(0.50‰).In terms of different plant functional groups,AM status combined with nitrogen fixation status and growth cycle of plants as influencing factors,leaf δ15N content is significantly affected by AM.Although leaf δ15N content in nitrogen fixing plants is not markedly improved by AM,it increased from 0.58‰ to 0.99‰ in non-nitrogen fixing plants.AM significantly increase the leaf δ15N content in perennial plants from 0.49‰ to 0.82‰.It is conclude that leaf δ15N content of plant is influenced differently by AM which as the most extensive symbiont that co-evoluted with plants in the long time.
