摘要

Abstract

Focusing on the manufacturing of GH4099 honeycomb sandwich structure,simulation analyses of stress and strain and brazing experiments about sandwich structure with different brazing pressures were carried out.Results show that there were stress concentrations in the contact area between honeycomb and plate and center of honey-comb core.With the increasing of brazing pressure,height deformation of sandwich structure increased and the joining quality was promoted.When the brazing pressure was increased to 0.1MPa,sandwich structure was almost fully brazed.To guarantee the brazing quality of sandwich structure and reduce thermal storage,the most suitable brazing pressure was set at 0.1 MPa,when the compressive strength of sandwich structure was 10.4 MPa.
