Tool path planning for five-axis machining and machining simulation and optimization of integral impeller
摘要
Abstract
In view of the characteristics of the integral impeller,such as complex curved surface,thin blade,deep flow passage,easy to interfere during machining,and difficult to machine,a suitable five-axis NC machining process for the integral impeller is established,the tool path is planned reasonably,the machining program is generated automatically by UG NX software,the model of machine tool,fixture,tool and blank is built by VERICUT software,and the five-axis NC machining process of impeller is simulated,the machining program is verified and the machining is optimized according to the simulation results,which improves the machining safety and efficiency of the integral impeller and provides the basis for the efficient machining of the impeller.关键词
