二维Z型MoS2/SnS2异质结的制备及其光催化性能研究
Preparation and Photocatalytic Performance of Two Dimensional Z-type MoS2/SnS2 Heterostructure

Abstract
Two-dimensional(2D)Z-scheme semiconductor heterostructure have important application prospects in fields of pho-tocatalytic degradation,CO2 reduction and total water decomposition,due to its large specific surface area,unique band arrangement structure,and interface controlled high carrier separation and transport efficiency.In this study,2D MoS2/SnS2 semiconductor cata-lysts with directly Z-scheme heterostructure are prepared via hydrothermal growth method.The structure and physic-chemical characterization were carried out in combination with scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).Benefiting from the unique energy band and electronic structure of 2D Z-scheme heterostruc-ture,the efficient degradation efficiency of methyl orange and methylene blue and the reduction efficiency of Cr(Ⅵ)under visible light are realized.This work has certain guiding significance for the direct preparation of two-dimensional Z-scheme heterostruc-ture and the exploration of photocatalytic reaction mechanisms.关键词
