摘要

Abstract

In view of the backward status of traditional fault diagnosis methods for petrochemical rotating equipment,to meet the needs of remote condition monitoring and intelligent fault diagnosis,a remote condition monitoring and intelligent fault diagnosis sys-tem for petrochemical rotating equipment based on B/S mode is designed and developed by analyzing and processing the collected sensor signals,and using Net database access,Socket network communication,MATLAB and C#mixed programming technology.The functions of database management,condition monitoring and analysis and fault diagnosis are realized.It can provide the basis for the condition monitoring,fault diagnosis and maintenance of rotating equipment in petrochemical enterprises and bring tangible e-conomic benefits and intangible social benefits.
