Abstract
A dynamic hydraulic and thermal coupling model for steam pipelines based on changes in steam state parameters is established,and the accuracy of the model is verified through operational data of a typical steam pipeline network.The changes in steam parameters inside the pipeline under changes in envi-ronmental temperature,steam temperature at the pipe-line inlet,and steam pressure at the pipeline inlet are simulated and calculated.There is a delay phenome-non in the influence of environmental temperature on outlet temperature,and the larger the heat transfer co-efficient of the steam pipeline,the more significant the influence of environmental temperature on outlet tem-perature.As the inlet temperature decreases,the out-let temperature and pressure also decrease,and there is a delay phenomenon.For every additional 400 me-ters of pipe length,the delay time increases by 25 to 30 seconds.As the inlet pressure decreases,the outlet pressure also decreases.The outlet temperature first decreases and then increases,then tends to stabilize,and the extreme temperature change is much smaller than the stable value.Therefore,in the actual control process,it is necessary to ensure that the equipment can withstand the extreme temperature change.关键词
