浙江省高等职业教育、科技创新与新兴产业耦合协调发展路径研究
Research on the Development Path of Coupling Coordination of Higher Vocational Education,Scientific and Technological Innovation and Emerging Industries in Zhejiang Province

Abstract
To begin with,this study formulated an evaluation system for three sample categories,i.e.,higher vocational education,scientific and technological innovation as well as emerging industries.Subsequently,the entropy method and the coupling coordination degree model were employed to verify the system with samples from Zhejiang Province and score the three sample categories there from between 2016 and 2021.Next,this study analyzed the coupling coordination between any two and among all three sample categories,before utilizing the obstacle degree model to identify the obstruction factors hampering the coupling coordination among the three.The results show that the total scores for higher vocational education,scientific and technological innovation,as well as emerging industries from Zhejiang respectively fluctuated upward towards satisfactory,sat predominantly on the upper echelons of the moderate level,and maintained an excellent level.From the perspective of development,the frontrunners were respectively low-level scientific and technological innovation,moderate-level higher vocational education and moderate-to-high-level emerging industries.The degrees of coupling between any two of and among all three of Zhejiang's sample categories showed the shift to mutual promotion in what was a benign resonance and coupling relationship.Moreover,all degrees of coupling coordination rose from a dysfunctional decline to high-quality coupling coordination.The obstruction factors affecting the coupling coordination among the three sample categories were found to be personnel aggregation,research projects presided by teachers,resource guarantee,and career development for higher vocational education,investment and commitment,scientific and technological achievements,industrial diffusion for scientific and technological innovation,industry-generated profit,new product performance and industry innovation for emerging industries.Lastly,based on the above findings,relevant recommendations aimed at promoting coordination and common progress for the three sample categories in Zhejiang were proposed.关键词
