Abstract
China's vocational education has entered a stage of high-quality development from scale expansion,which puts forward higher requirements for the cultivation of"double-qualified"teachers.The article uses the SFIC collaborative governance model to analyze the operational mechanism of the school-enterprise collaborative training of higher vocational"double-qualified"teachers in accordance with"behoove-reality-behoove"approach.Firstly,construct a model of the"double-qualified"teachers training mechanism in an ideal state.Secondly,explore the practical difficulties that the model needs to meet.Finally,propose a promotion strategy for"double-qualified"teacher training based on the SFIC model from three aspects.关键词
