高职院校教师劳动教育素养的构成及培养策略
The Composition and Training Path of Teachers'Labor Education Literacy in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract
Improving the labor education literacy of teachers is the key to promoting the normalization and high-quality development of school labor education.According to the composition of teachers'professional quality,combined with the characteristics of higher vocational labor education,the composition of higher vocational teachers'labor education literacy is analyzed from three dimensions:labor education idea,labor education knowledge and labor education ability.The improvement of teachers'literacy of labor education not only needs the driving force of teachers'self-development,but also needs the external power provided by schools.According to Ausubel's theory of driving force,it is proposed to start from the three dimensions of"cognition,behavior and evaluation",reshape the"triple"value of labor education,build a professional development community for labor education teachers,and improve the"two"mechanism to promote the internal drive of teachers to improve their labor education literacy.At the same time,schools should strengthen the training of teachers,build a good ecological circle of labor education,and provide external impetus for teachers to improve their labor education literacy.关键词
