玻璃体腔注射康柏西普联合玻璃体切割术对增殖型糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效
Curative effect of intravitreal injection of Conbercept combined with vitrectomy on proliferative diabetic retinopathy

Abstract
Aim To study the effect of intravitreal injection of Conbercept combined with vitrectomy on prolifera-tive diabetic retinopathy.Methods A total of 84 patients with PDR treated were selected.Based on the control principle,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 42 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Conbercept combined with PPV through intravitreal injection,while the control group was treated with PPV only.The best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),macular foveal thickness(CMT),intraocular pressure and vitreous hemorrhage at one month after PPV were compared between the two groups before treatment and after PPV.Results BCVA in one mouth observation group after PPV was significantly better than that in control group(P<0.05),and CMT was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in in-traocular pressure between the two groups(P>0.05),ad the incidence of vitreous hemorrhage in the one mouth observation group after PPV was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravitreal injection of Conbercept combined with PPV can effectively improve the visual acuity of PDR patients,reduce macular edema and re-duce postoperative complications.关键词
