谷子联合收获机割台机架的振动分析与结构优化OA

为了降低谷子联合收获机在田间工作时的振动、减少割台损失率,利用 SolidWorks 对谷子割台机架进行三维建模,利用 ANSYS 软件对谷子割台机架优化前和优化后分别进行有限元分析,并用东华 DH5902 动态测试分析仪对计算机模态分析结果进行了验证.结果表明:优化前的第 4 阶模态为 11.04 Hz,其频率落在外部激振频率范围内;优化后的谷子割台机架各个阶次频率均避开了联合收获机各外部激振频率范围,有效避免了割台震动的产生.通过田间试验验证了改进前后的割台损失率,改进后的割台损失率降低了 14.5%.研究成果可为降低谷子联合收获机振动及为谷子割台的减震设计提供了理论指导.

In order to reduce the vibration of millet combine harvester when working in the field and reduce the loss rate of header,this paper uses SolidWorks to carry out three-dimensional modeling of millet header frame,carries out finite el-ement analysis before and after optimization with ANSYS software,and verifies the computer modal analysis results with Donghua DH5902 dynamic test analyzer.The fourth order mode before optimization is 11.04Hz,and its frequency falls within the external excitation frequency range.Each order frequency of the optimized millet header frame avoids the exter-nal excitation frequency range of the combine harvester,effectively avoiding the generation of header vibration.The field experiment verifies the header loss rate before and after the improvement.The results show that the header loss rate after the improvement is reduced by 14.5%.The research results of this paper provide theoretical guidance for reducing the vi-bration of millet combine harvester and the damping design of millet header.
