圆周往复水射流式挖藕试验装置设计与试验
Design and Test of Circular Reciprocating Water Jet Digging Test Device
摘要
Abstract
In order to meet the diversified test requirements of lotus root mining operations and improve the interchangea-bility,versatility and measurement accuracy of the test device,the circumferential reciprocating water jet type excavation test device is designed.The structural design,working principle and key component design of the test bench in the test set are introduced.The excavation depth and floating rate of lotus root under different conditions of the circular reciproca-ting water jet structure were analyzed,the test indicators were determined,and the verification bench test was carried out.The experimental results show that the circular reciprocating water jet digging test device can effectively reflect the influence of the diameter of the nozzle,the spray angle and the surface distance between the nozzle and the soil on the ex-cavation effect and excavation depth of the lotus root,and meet the requirements of the circular reciprocating water jet digging test.关键词
