摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of continuous shortage of suitable land and the need for planting high-value crops.A vertical circulation three-dimensional planting storehouse is designed to double the utilization rate of the same floor area.The device is mainly composed of left support,right support,coupling beam,driving device,guide rail and hanging basket.The driving device drives the hanging basket to move circularly along the guide rail;Under the same load and working conditions,the dynamic simulation models of four toothed wheel,five toothed wheel and six toothed wheel drive links are established respectively,and the variation laws of driving contact force and displacement fluctuation are analyzed.The fluctuation of driving contact force and displacement of four toothed wheel is greater than that of five toothed wheel and six toothed wheel,and the maximum fluctuation occurs about 5.5s after the chain link rolling sleeve and grooved wheel enter into meshing;The peak values of displacement fluctuation of the driving chain links of four toothed wheel,five toothed wheel and six toothed wheel are 25mm,13mm and 6mm respectively;Considering the fluctu-ation of driving contact force and displacement,as well as the mass and volume of the grooved wheel,the five toothed grooved wheel is determined as the driving grooved wheel.The field test results show that the maximum displacement fluctuation of the five cogged wheel is 19mm,which can meet the stability requirements of the vertical circulation three-dimensional planting warehouse.
