基于机器视觉的甘蔗多刀切种装备设计与试验
Design and Research of Sugarcane Multi-cutter Cutting Equipment Based on Machine Vision
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the problems of high sprout damage rate and low cutting efficiency of sugarcane cutting,a sugarcane multi-cutter cutting equipment based on machine vision was designed.The seed cutting equipment uses conveyor chains to transport sugarcane horizontally.The whole sugarcane image is collected by camera and the location of stem nodes is identified.According to the requirement of agronomy,the location of cutting point of double bud segment is determined.The upper computer sends the location of cutting point to PLC through TCP communication,and then PLC controls the horizontal positioning and synchronous cutting of multi cutters.The core of the equipment is to use machine vision tech-nology to identify sugarcane stem nodes.A new algorithm for real-time identification of sugarcane stem nodes based on machine vision is proposed.The experiment shows that the recognition rate of the equipment is 95.3%,and the average cutter positioning accuracy is 0.07%,which meets the agronomic needs of high-quality double bud sugarcane segment.关键词
