摘要

Abstract

A greenhouse dissolving and mixing intelligent fertilizer application machine is designed,which consists of fer-tilizer mixing unit,water supply unit,fertilizer suction unit and control unit,aiming to achieve efficient dissolution and accurate application of solid water-soluble fertilizer,and adopt fuzzy PID controller for water-fertilizer proportioning.Firstly,the hardware system of fertilizer application equipment with fertilizer mixing unit is built according to the charac-teristics of solid water-soluble fertilizers.Then,according to the fertilizer mixing characteristics of the fertilizer applica-tion equipment,the EC value regulation model of fertilizer is established and the PID controller is used for control.Finally,the PID control strategy was optimized using fuzzy control and tested on the test platform for comparison.The ex-perimental results show that the use of fuzzy PID control strategy can significantly improve the system performance,espe-cially in reducing the system lag time and maintaining the system stability.
