小型基质自动包装机的设计与试验
Design and Testing of Small Matrix Automatic Packaging Machine
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the automation of matrix packaging and reduce labor intensity and production cost,a small matrix automatic packaging machine is designed.The machine can control multiple stepping motors through the PLC con-trol programmer,integrating substrate mixing,quantitative filling,forming bag making,thermal sealing cutting and other functions,and can realize the whole automation of substrate packaging.This paper expounds and analyzes the key working parts of the packaging machine,completes the three-bit modeling and sample test production of the whole machine,and conducts the packaging test.The test results show that the whole machine has reasonable structure design,smooth opera-tion,good packaging effect,packaging speed,packaging success rate For,the packaging quality rate,the operation quality reaches the expected design target.The design of this machine provides a technical reference for fully automated matrix packaging.关键词
