Abstract

A large number of agricultural and forestry wastes are produced every year in China.As the soilless cultivation mode of these agricultural and forestry wastes is gradually mature in China,the mechanized production of matrix cultiva-tion bags is developing slowly,and the expensive pipeline production mode is not suitable for the production of individual users and small and medium-sized enterprises in China.In view of the lack of small,practical,low-cost and automatic production equipment for matrix bags in the market,a trilateral sealing matrix automatic packaging machine is designed.In the field of matrix packaging,the method of first filling and then making bags is innovatively used,and the control system with PLC as the core is adopted.It is mainly composed of stirring device,charging device,compression device,heat sealing device,membrane changing device,frame,transmission system and control system.This paper mainly intro-duces the working principle of the whole machine and the design of each device,and the production function of the whole machine is verified by experiments.The experimental results show that the trilateration matrix automatic packaging ma-chine can automatically complete the production of matrix bags,and the production rate is 36 bags/h.The packaging quality meets the design requirements,which provides technical support for the mechanization development of soilless cul-ture industry.
