夹持式玉米膜上精密穴播轮的参数优化及试验
Parameter Optimization and Experiment of Precision Hole-seeding Wheel on Clamped Corn Film

Abstract
In order to effectively improve the seeding performance of the precision hole-seeding wheel on corn film,ai-ming at the problems of low single-grain rate and high porosity of the precision hole-seeding wheel on corn film,com-bined with the characteristics of corn planting and agronomic requirements,this paper designed a clamping device.Preci-sion hole seeding wheel on corn film.Firstly,the overall structure and working principle of the machine are described.Then,according to theoretical analysis and preliminary tests,it is determined that the length of the seed clamping plate in the seed picker,the angle of the clamping plate and the distance between the clamping plate and the inoculation cup are the test factors.The rate and void rate are the target values,and the response surface optimization analysis of the tar-get values is carried out using the Design-expert data processing software.The significant order of the influence of the target value single-grain rate Y1 was:the distance between the seeding plate and the inoculation cup X3>the length of the clamping plate X1>the angle of the clamping plate X2,and the significant order of the porosity Y2 was:the distance be-tween the clamping plate and the inoculation cup X3>the angle of the clamping plate X2>the length of the clamping plate X1.And the optimization analysis and experimental verification results show that:when the length X1 of the seed clam-ping plate in the seed picker was 17 mm,the angle X2 of the seed clamping plate was 40°,and the distance X3 between the seed clamping plate and the inoculation cup was 32 mm,the The single-grain rate Y1 was 92.09%,the void rate Y2 was 3.35%,and the relative errors between the experimental value and the optimized result were 1.57%and 3.74%,both less than 5%,which met the requirements of precision corn seeding.关键词
