东北大红萝卜物理力学特性研究
Study on Physical and Mechanical Properties of Northeast Red Radish

Abstract
With the transfer of rural labor force and the development of modern agricultural science and technology,the mechanization production of northeastred radish is imminent.The physical characteristics of northeast red radish has been analyzed by mathematical statistics method,obtaining the data of edible root mass,length,diameter,buried depth under soil,stem and leaf height,the distribution range of stem and leaf diameter of radish at 20 mm from the junction of root and stem,distribution proportion,extreme value and average value,which provided technical support for the design of northeast red radish combine harvester.The extraction force of radish in natural soil state was studied,the extraction force was[174.9,190.2]N,and the mathematical model of quadratic curve was established as follow:y= 1.7557×10-5x2+ 3.7765×10-2x+ 1.1384×102 The effect of extraction speed on the pulling force of stem and leaf was studied,the results showed that the breaking force of stem and leaf was[164.2,181.6]N,and the mathematical model of quad-ratic curve was established as follow:y =-7.3593×10-4x2-2.3835×10-1x+ 1.9055×102.The fitting results were in good agreement with the experimental data,the algorithm can be proved feasible and effective.关键词
