太阳能-空气源热泵牧草干燥系统制热性能研究
Study on Heating Performance of Solar-Air Source Heat Pump Pasture Drying System

Abstract
This paper takes the solar-air source heat pump forage drying system as the research object,and analyzes its temperature rise rate,energy consumption per unit temperature rise,COP and dehumidification efficiency through the temperature rise,constant temperature heating test and load test of different working modes of the system.The research results show that the combined heating method reduces the power consumption per unit temperature rise by 86.2%and the temperature rise rate is 99-112 times higher than that of the solar heating alone.During the process,the temperature rise rate is reduced by 7.7%-17.6%,and the power consumption per unit temperature rise is reduced by 8.0%;in the constant temperature heating process,the former COP is increased by 6.5%-11.1%compared with the latter,and the power consumption is reduced by 5.8%-10.7%;in the process of heating and heating,the former COP is increased by 6.0%-10.4%compared with the latter,and the power consumption is reduced by 6.6%-11.1%.In terms of dehumidification capacity,the SMER value of the combined drying method is 19.8%-36.2%higher than that of the heat pump single drying method.关键词
