摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of the high damage rate of camellia bud,a layered picking mechanism of camellia fruit was designed.The contact collision between camellia fruit and rubber rollers was simulated and analyzed by Adams soft-ware,through which the critical shedding speed of camellia fruit was obtained as 105mm/s.According to the growth char-acteristics of flower bud,the finite element model of the interaction between camellia bud and rubber rollers in the lay-ered picking mechanism was established.The collision process between camellia bud and rubber rollers was simulated and analyzed by means of ANSYS Workbench software.Simulation results showed that the values of equivalent stress and e-quivalent strain increased with the speed of rubber rollers and the diameter of rubber rollers,and increased first and then decreased with the distance between rubber rollers,while the camellia bud was not separated from the fruit stalk.The in-door test results are basically consistent with the simulation results.Research results can provide reference for the develop-ment of camellia fruit picking device.
