摘要
Abstract
The design and test of the device relates to the field of belt conveying equipment,more specifically the utility model relates to a movable multi-point discharging device,these include:the rack is arranged above the carrier bracket,the bracket is fixed with a slide rail;Roller wheel、the driving machine is arranged on the machine frame and the two are connected in transmission;Guide bracket is fixed to the machine frame,the discharging roller and the supporting roller are arranged on the discharging roller,the discharge roller and the supporting roller group work together to carry out the rolling support for the conveyor belt,one end of the guide bracket is fixed with a discharge hopper,the discharging end is arranged on one side of the carrier bracket.the device ensures that the discharging position of the belt conveyor equipped with the discharging device is adjustable,when it is necessary to feed a plurality of bins arranged in sequence,all you need is a belt conveyor.Through the detailed explanation of the debugging and running process of the design prototype and the analysis of the project results of the production test,the conclusion is drawn,all the technical indexes of the device design meet the requirements of national standards and design specifications,able to meet market demand and production needs,the techni-cal difficulties of multi-point feeding at the top of silo are solved.关键词
