Abstract

In order to solve the problems of poor sowing quality and uniformity of sowing depth during corn sowing in breeding plots,a precision seeding monomer for maize plots was designed and researched in this subject.The monomer adopts the form of no-tillage for the northeast region,and the overall structure and key components of the monomer are optimized through theoretical analysis.Taking the length of the front and rear connecting rods,the spring stiffness coeffi-cient and the spring preload as the test factors,the RecurDyn kinematics simulation and optimization software was used to simulate and optimize the profiling effect of the seeding unit installed with the tension spring.The field test results show that the coefficient of variation of the precision seeding single sowing depth designed in this paper is 3.47%,which meets the operational requirements of precision sowing of maize in the plot.
