仿生扇贝花生挖掘铲的设计与试验

Abstract
Agricultural machinery excavation parts are important wear-resistant parts,and their wear-resistant perform-ance is related to the service life of harvesting machinery and the level of energy consumption.In the structural optimiza-tion design of excavation components,bionics provides a new design idea for improving the performance of agricultural machinery excavation components.In this paper,a bionic scallop digging shovel is prepared by fitting the contour curve of the scallop shell.Based on the EDEM simulation software,the motion simulation analysis of the bionic excavating shovel and the ordinary excavating shovel is carried out.At three different motion speeds of 0.4m/s,0.6m/s and 0.8m/s,the force of the bionic excavating shovel is significantly smaller than that of the ordinary excavating shovel,its drag reduction performance can be improved by 5%to 7%compared with ordinary excavation shovels.And comparing the movement changes of soil particles caused by the two excavation shovels,the bionic excavation shovel has less influence on the speed change of soil particles,and the distribution is more uniform.关键词
