Abstract

In order to explore the liquid flow movement inside the spraying pipe of the tree-like boom sprayer,the nozzle model was designed by using solidworks software,and the accuracy of the nozzle model was verified by the pressure-flow relationship.The spraying pipeline model was drawn and the vertical spraying pipes of different structures were simulated,and the effects of the placement inclination of the boom,the number of nozzles,the length of the boom and the position of the nozzles on the internal pressure of the pipeline were analyzed.The simulation test data showed that:When the num-ber of nozzles on a single nozzle is small,the nozzles are placed almost horizontally,and the nozzles are evenly distributed at the end of the nozzle,the pressure drop inside the spraying pipe is small and the pressure is stable.The three-factor and three-level BBD test was used to analyze the pressure drop at the corner of the spray tube.There was a significant correlation(0.01<P<0.05).When the inner diameter of the spraying tube was 13.2mm,the corner angle was 98.6°,and the corner radius was 101.2mm,the corner pressure drop was the lowest value of 98713Pa.The research results provide a certain theoretical basis for the design of the spraying pipe structure of the profiling sprayer,and provide a cer-tain reference for the precise spraying technology..
