摘要

Abstract

Taking the control process of the hydraulic steering system of the combine as the research object,starting with the front wheel load in the steering process of the combine,this paper analyzes the motion characteristics of the front wheel in the steering process of the combine,establishes the front wheel dynamic model in the steering process of the combine,calculates the maximum resistance moment borne by the front wheel during turning,and establishes the hydraulic control system of the steering system of the combine,PLC is used for precise control of the hydraulic system to drive the telescopic movement of the hydraulic cylinder and drive the gear rack mechanism to turn the front wheel of the harvester.
