摘要

Abstract

The vast majority of orchards are mainly planted with low rootstocks in Hilly and mountainous areas.There are operational problems in the terrain and terrain characteristics of Hilly and mountainous orchards.It is of great significance to analyze the stability of tracked orchard operation platform.It can help operators successfully complete a series of opera-tions such as flower and fruit thinning,pruning,harvesting,bagging and so on.In this paper,the mechanical analysis and Research on the slope driving stability of the tracked orchard operation platform are carried out,and the angle range of the operation platform is calculated.When the slope angle is fixed,the stability of tracked orchard operation platform depends on the value of relevant performance parameters.The stability safety device of crawler orchard operation platform can meet the stability of operators.The test shows that the measured no-load walking speed of orchard operation platform is about 0.352 M/s at low speed and 0.722 M/s at high speed.The lifting height of crawler orchard operation platform is≤1.2 m.Maximum bearing load≤500 kg.The lifting speed of hydraulic rod is 0.05 M/s.According to the climbing performance test,with the gradual increase of slope angle,the driving time of tracked orchard operation platform gradual-ly becomes longer and the climbing speed gradually becomes slower.During the test,the crawler orchard operation plat-form can operate normally.It can drive normally through three different slope angles.However,when driving on a 30° slope,the working platform slows down and shakes,resulting in slight slip.Under the condition of normal operation,it is known that the maximum slope angle that the crawler orchard operation platform can pass through is 30°.
