摘要

Abstract

To reduce mechanical damage to sugarcane buds during leaf stripping,the force during leaf stripping of sugar-cane seeds was analyzed,and the shearing properties of sugarcane buds were tested.The sugarcane varieties Zhongzhe 14 and Guitang 42 were selected as experimental objects,The sampling height,shear direction and loading speed were taken as the influencing factors,the effects of these three factors on the shear damage of sugarcane buds and their interaction were analyzed by 3×3×2 factorial design.Flexible rope leaf crushing rollers were designed and tested for comparison based on the conclusions obtained.The results showed that sampling height and shear direction have significant influence on shear properties(P<0.01),with the increase of sampling height,the shear damage of sugarcane buds decreases,and the transverse shear force is greater than the longitudinal shear force,the shear force of Zhong Zhe 14 and Gui Tang 42 was the highest when the lower(root)buds were sheared transversely,about 21.56N and 20.68N,respectively,and the lowest when the upper(tail)cane shoots were sheared longitudinally,about 10.22N and 9.14N,respectively.Loading speed had no significant effect on shear force(P>0.05),the interaction between sampling height and shear di-rection had a significant effect on the shear force(P<0.05).In the comparative test,the sugarcane seeds were stripped by a leaf-stripping system equipped with a flexible rope leaf crushing roller to reduce the buds damage rate by 2.91%,and the results obtained from the test were in accordance with the conclusions of the test on the mechanical properties of sugarcane buds.
