Abstract

In order to promote the development of corn straw returning protective tillage agronomy,a 1LF-5 hydraulic flip plough integrating soil tillage technology and corn straw return technology is designed,which not only flipped the soil layer and loosened the soil at one time,but also flipped the corn straw and crop residue of the soil surface into the soil layer to form a partition layer for returning to the field,and at the same time,when the plough body was affected by sud-den external force impact during the operation,its safety device automatically took effect,so that the plough column rota-ted around the fixed shaft bolt,thereby protecting the safety of the plough body and the plough column.Field experiments showed that the average tillage depth of the 1LF-5 hydraulic flip plough was stable at 33.45 cm,the flatness was 20 mm,the coefficient of variation was between 3.166%and 3.535%,the average tillage width of the flipped plough under the first working condition was 220.75cm,the coefficient of variation of the tillage width ranged from 1.21%to 1.71%,the tillage width of the flipped plough was 170.1 cm under the second working condition,and the coefficient of variation of the tillage width ranged from 1.26%to 1.68%.The average vegetation coverage rate is 89.97%,and the fracture rate of the soil is 72.27%,indicating that the machine meets the requirements of the national standard GB/T14225 for tillage quality and meets the requirements of ploughing agronomy.
