摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of low threshing quality and poor stalk crushing effect in mechanical harvesting of oats,the operation optimization test was carried out by using the self-grinding and cutting axial flow threshing test bed,and the influence of combination parameters on threshing quality and anti-winding ability was analyzed.The axial flow drum rota-tion speed,horizontal center distance and vertical height difference of the double drums was carried out based on the grain weight and the Speed difference of the axial flow drum.The test results show that:the rotation speed of the axial flow drum was 800r/min,the horizontal direction of the drum from 800mm,the vertical height difference of the drums was 50mm,the device has good crushing and anti-winding performance,the speed fluctuation of axial-flow drum is in the range of 0~16 r/min;When the axial flow drum rotates at a speed of 900r/min,the horizontal center of the drum is 750mm away from the vertical height,and the vertical height is zero,the threshing effect of the combined device is better and the threshing rate is above 63%.The comprehensive verification test shows that the optimized parameters com-bination of the test-bed is credible,the crushing and anti-winding effect is improved significantly,and the working state of the roller is stable.The experimental study provides a reference for the development and improvement of oat and other coarse grain harvesters.
