Design and Test of Potato Intelligent Cleaning Control System

Abstract
In view of the problems that there are a large number of soil blocks after mechanized potato harvest in the sticky soil planting area in the northern cold area,resulting in the difficulty of potato cleaning and so on.A potato intelli-gent cleaning control system based on machine vision technology is developed.The system is composed of image acquisi-tion,servo motor,main control computer,stepping motor,servo controller and other modules.The cleaning control sys-tem model is established,and the cleaning device is designed for experimental research of the control system.Through the single factor test,the relationship between the servo motor speed and the accuracy of the recognition model is ana-lyzed,and the optimal servo motor speed is obtained.The test results show that when the servo motor speed is 500r/min,the average accuracy of potato cleaning is 96.83%.Therefore,the control system can meet the needs of potato cleaning,realize the intelligent cleaning of potato,and provide reference for the subsequent research and development of potato field cleaning device.关键词
