Multi-time scale dynamic optimal division method of photovoltaic-storage virtual power plant

Abstract
In order to solve the problem that the distribution network control dimension and difficulty increase sharply due to the large quantity and wide area of distributed photovoltaics with strong volatility and bidirectional controllability of energy storage,a multi-time scale dynamic division method of photovoltaic-storage virtual power plant with feedback correction is proposed here.Based on the comprehensive performance dynamic division target covering photovoltaic absorption capacity,in-plant power supply capacity,power flow,control dimension,and zoning changes,a feedback correction link is introduced in dynamic optimization and an optimization division model is established combining long-scale dynamic optimization and short-scale feedback correction.The dynamic division of photovoltaic-storage virtual power plant is carried out with the constant movement of a time window.Simulate the modified IEEE33 system and compare it with static division methods and dynamic division methods without feedback correction.The results show that the optical storage virtual power plant divided by the method here reduces the control dimension,has high power balance ability and photovoltaic absorption characteristics,and has fewer changes in power flow and division between power plants.It has the characteristics of weak coupling between plants and strong coupling within plants,making the system easier to regulate.关键词
