液态排渣炉低钠煤掺盐试验OA
Experiment of combusting low-sodium coal mixed with salt in slag-tapping furnace
我国高碱煤储量丰富,但因其中高含量的碱金属(特别是钠)难以清洁、安全地燃烧.高碱煤灰熔点低,适用于液态排渣炉,液态排渣技术有望解决高碱煤燃烧中的沾污结渣问题.本文在 300MW液态排渣锅炉上进行了神华低钠煤的掺盐试验,试验包括无掺烧、单渣室掺烧以及双渣室掺烧三种工况.结果表明:掺盐对灰渣矿物成分影响不大,钠富集于飞灰中,液态排渣的方式起到一定的捕钠效果.在液态排渣炉上的低钠煤掺盐试验模拟了高碱煤在液态排渣炉中的燃烧表现,为后续液态排渣炉全烧高碱煤…查看全部>>
