Abstract
In this paper,cost evaluations are carried out for retrofits of new energy primary frequency(PF)modulation in power station,including power generation capacity adjustment and storage battery coordination.In addition,the impacts of different types of batteries used in modulation were compared from point of view of levelized cost of energy(LCOE).Results show that increased cost correlate positively with reserved proportion of PF retrofit without consideration of battery coordination,and LCOE increases slightly after energy storage has been configured.Therefore,a reasonable configuration scheme provides additional income from energy storage.High rate battery is advantageous in frequency modulation transformation.关键词
