应对美国出口管制的企业竞争情报服务体系建设研究
Research on the Construction of Enterprise Competitive Intelligence Service System in Response to U.S.Export Administration

Abstract
[Research purpose]Starting from the background of U.S.export control to China,this paper combs the latest situation of Chinese enterprises being controlled and sanctioned by the U.S.,analyzes the current situation and problems of Chinese enterprises respon-ding to U.S.export control,discusses the significance of competitive intelligence helping enterprises to respond to U.S.export control,and puts forward a construction scheme of competitive intelligence system serving Chinese enterprises.[Research method]By means of lit-erature analysis and case study,this paper combines the theory of competitive intelligence with the practice of Chinese enterprises'response to U.S.export control,and constructs the competitive intelligence service system of Chinese enterprises'response to U.S.export control from three aspects:organization structure,construction mode and operation mechanism.[Research conclusion]The enterprise competitive intelligence service system in response to U.S.export control,is a top-down,internal and external service system,composed of the gov-ernment,intelligence service agencies and enterprises.These three promote and integrate with each other,and support the system operation through the promotion mechanism led by the government,the compliance mechanism participated by enterprises,and the sharing mecha-nism coordinated by intelligence agencies.关键词
