交变配流泵性能测试系统设计
Design of Test System for Alternating Flow Distribution Pump
摘要
Abstract
In order to explore the working characteristics of the alternating flow distribution pump and the pump-controlled excitation system,the test requirements of the pump were formulated,and the performance test system for the pump was designed.The overall architecture of the test system,and the hydraulic system and the measurement and control system were designed.According to the time requirement of the test function task,a three-level measurement and control software including FPGA,CompactRIO real-time system and host computer were developed by using LabVIEW language.The test results show that the test system can adjust the motion state parameters of the valve plate,plunger,cylinder,swash plate and other components of the alternating flow distribution pump,and change and measure the alternating output characteristics of the pump and excitation system.The test system provides a feasible scheme for the performance test of hydraulic components and the acquisition of high-frequency signals.关键词
