太赫兹回旋行波管输入耦合器仿真设计

Abstract
Based on the basic principle of gyrotron,a quasi optical waveguide is selected as the high-frequency structure.Select the center frequency point of 0.34 THz to study the input coupler of terahertz quasi optical cyclotron traveling wave tube.The working mode of the quasi optical waveguide is selected as TE06 mode,and the quasi optical injection structure of the corrugated waveguide and mirror antenna is selected.Within the working bandwidth of 8GHz,the working mode excited by the input coupler of the rotary traveling wave tube reaches more than 50%of the input mode power,and the maximum injection efficiency reaches 68%,proving the effectiveness of the structure.关键词
