太赫兹回旋行波管输入耦合器仿真设计OA

基于回旋行波管的基本原理,选择准光波导作为高频结构.选择中心频点 0.34 THz进行太赫兹准光回旋行波管输入耦合器研究.准光波导工作模式选择为TE06 模,选取波纹波导、镜面天线的准光注入结构结构,实现在 8 GHz的工作带宽内,回旋行波管输入耦合器激励的工作模式达到输入模式功率的 50%以上,且最高注入效率达到 68%,证明该结构有效性.

Based on the basic principle of gyrotron,a quasi optical waveguide is selected as the high-frequency structure.Select the center frequency point of 0.34 THz to study the input coupler of terahertz quasi optical cyclotron traveling wave tube.The working mode of the quasi optical waveguide is selected as TE06 mode,and the quasi optical injection structure of the corrugated waveguide and mirror antenna is selected.Within the working bandwidth of 8GHz,the working mode excited by the input coupler of the rotary traveling wave tube reaches more than 50%of the input mode power,and the maximum injection efficiency reaches 68%,proving the effectiveness of the structure.
