摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the delivery efficiency and the experience of intelligent medical delivery robots.The intelligent medical delivery robot's innovative design is based on the Integration Innovation design concept model,which employs FAHP,QFD,and TRIZ.We use FAHP to determine the weight of customer needs in QFD,to discover the core customer needs in QFD,to find solutions using TRIZ's invention principle,and to propose design strategies.The feasibility and effectiveness of this design model are validated by demonstrating the detailed steps of intelligent medical delivery robot design,and new ideas for the innova-tive design of other products are provided.
