三氯乙烯高效降解菌的筛选鉴定及降解特性研究

Abstract
In this paper,an aerobic functional bacterium that can effectively degrade trichloroethylene(TCE)was domesticated,isolated and screened out from the samples collected from the actual site.The dominant strain was identified by 16S rDNA as Stenotrophomonas sp.TCE-1,and the optimal conditions for the functional bacteria to degrade the target pollutant were explored.The results showed that the optimum pH was 7.0 and culture temperature was 30℃.Under the above optimum conditions,when the initial TCE concentration was 10 mg/L,the aerobic degradation rate constant was 0.029 2 h-1,and the degradation half-life was 23.74 h.Additionally,the aerobic bacteria could mineralize TCE,and no other toxic chlorine products were detected during the degradation process.The research results will provide the technical support for the bioremediation of TCE contaminated sites.关键词
