摘要

Abstract

The construction of offshore wind power project is affected by the marine environment,and the marine environment is complex and changeable,and disastrous weather such as tropical cyclone,strong wind,strong convection and heavy fog occur frequently.If these information can not be obtained in time,it will cause great threats and losses to the construction process of offshore wind power projects.In order to solve this difficulty,big data platform for real-time meteorological monitoring and early warning of offshore wind power project is designed and developed.Realize the visual display of online monitoring,construction area,personnel information statistics,all kinds of important weather,construction index,project progress and other information,improve the safety management capacity of offshore wind power construction,and avoid or reduce offshore wind power construction safety accidents.
