Abstract
Highway mechanical and electrical equipment plays an important role in highway operation,but its maintenance and management is faced with challenges.In order to improve the maintenance efficiency and management level,first of all,strengthen the introduction and training of mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance personnel,through recruitment and cooperative training to improve the professional skills and knowledge of employees.Secondly,optimize the setting and management mode of maintenance organization,establish a perfect maintenance organization system,introduce advanced maintenance management concept and mode,improve maintenance efficiency and prolong the service life of equipment.In addition,enhance the safety awareness of mechanical and electrical employees,strengthen safety training and educational activities,strictly implement the safety management system,and ensure the safe operation of employees.At the same time,an information management system is established to realize the management and sharing of equipment files,maintenance records,fault repair and other information,so as to improve management efficiency.Through the above measures,we can improve the operation efficiency of the equipment and ensure the safe and stable operation of the highway,so as to provide the public with a higher quality and more secure travel environment.关键词
