全逆作建筑地下加速器机房混凝土施工技术OA

全逆作建筑地下加速器机房混凝土施工面临如下主要问题.易碎重晶石配制C40 混凝土强度难以保证;混凝土向下输送产生离析,以及有限空间内难以实施大方量同时浇筑;大体积混凝土易产生温度裂缝.对此采取如下措施,严选材料配制出合格的防辐射混凝土;以卸压装置解决向下输送离析,多组施工实现大方量浇筑;通过内降温、外保温、强测温有效控制温度裂缝.该技术满足裂缝控制要求,浇筑质量良好.

The main problems in the concrete construction of the underground accelerator room of the whole top-down building are as follows:it is difficult to guarantee the strength of C40 concrete prepared with brittle barite;the segregation is caused by downward transportation of concrete,and there is difficulty of simultaneous pouring in large quantities in limited space;mass concrete is prone to temperature cracks.The following measures have been taken:the qualified radiation-proof concrete is prepared by carefully selecting the material;the pressure relief deviceis used to solve the downward conveying segregation,and multi-group construction to achieve generous pouring;temperature cracks are effectively controlled through internal cooling,external heat preservation and repeatedly temperature measurement.The technology meets the requirements of crack control,therefore the pouring quality proves good.
