摘要

Abstract

With the popularity of 4K video and the rise of 8K video,the existing video encoding and compression technology has been unable to meet the needs of people.In this paper,the video encoding and compression technology is briefly introduced,and then from the point of view of human visual characteristics,the video encoding and compression technology is optimized from the dimensions of basic model design,encoding and decoding,in order to provide technical reference for more video processing related units,improve the quality of video encoding and compression,and contribute to the sustainable development of various industries in our country.Based on the analysis of the experimental results,the optimized video encoding can effectively improve the compression ratio and achieve the desired goal on the premise of the same image quality.
