摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problem that there is a large deviation between the theoretical value and the actual value of tooth root crack propagation and time-varying meshing stiffness,this paper optimizes the traditional time-varying meshing stiffness model based on energy method,so that the variation law of theoretical time-varying meshing stiffness is close to the actual situation.On the basis of the traditional theoretical model of time-varying meshing stiffness,the traditional theoretical stiffness model is improved by considering the Hertz contact stiffness,radial compression stiffness,bending stiffness and shear stiffness of gear teeth,as well as the flexible deformation of gear body.Then the energy method is used to verify the change law of time-varying meshing stiffness of gear teeth under the three different states of healthy gear teeth,root crack propagation degree and crack propagation angle.The results of research show that,after the improved theoretical stiffness model,the consistency of the variation law of time-varying meshing stiffness is good.Moreover,it is concluded that the value of time-varying meshing stiffness decreases with the increase of the severity of tooth root crack and increases with the increase of tooth root crack propagation angle.
